Sean is such a friendly and approachable person who can make exercising fun for me whilst maintaining a professional attitude. Sean provides great explanations as to exercises and why they are beneficial. He has also provided me with great nutritional guidance, as prior to training with him I had no idea on how diet impacts your physique. This has made my weight loss so much easier as this is what has stopped me in the past.

Since starting with Sean I’ve fully got my confidence back in the gym and been able to return to consistent training.
When I first started, I was sat at 106KG after going heavy at the euros and then getting into the routine of eating/drinking high calorie foods & drinks with 0 nutritional value.
I’ve been in training 5 weeks now, I’m sat at around 100.5KG, built muscle mass back, hitting PBs nearly every week and mentally in a much better place which has reflected on my life outside training.

I have a busy social life and I’m always eating out, can this plan still help me?

Definitely! Each individual’s programme is specifically tailored to them and their lifestyle.

Will I need to purchase supplements?

This is dependent on the individual person, and their needs. You can get sufficient nutrients from your diet, but this may be recommended to people who struggle to reach certain goals within their diet. For example if a person struggles to reach their protein goal with their diet, i would recommend investing in some protein powder.

I finish work at different times everyday, will I need to be at the gym at specific times?

No not at all, the beauty of this online coaching transformation package is that you are able to train whenever you want. You can always fit this plan around your busy schedule, whether that's with work or your social life.

I’m a fussy eater, will that be considered in the diet plan?

Yes, this plan is completely specific to you and your personal requirements. You can still have your favourite foods in moderation whilst still attaining world class results.

I hate cardio, but this is the only way to lose weight isn’t it?

No, this is a common misconception. You can still lose weight through resistance/weight training, alongside a structured diet plan. Cardio can be incorporated into your plan if you want it to be, however, if you don’t want it to be in your plan, that is not a problem.

How will I keep motivated on this plan? Nothing has really helped me before.

I can provide round-the-clock support on WhatsApp and weekly zoom check-ins to hold you accountable and make sure you’re making all the right progress for your plan, and we will keep working together until you have reached your desired results.

I don’t really want to follow the same diet plan every week, how can this be helped?

Your plan can have unlimited changes to it based around what you would like to change up. Also i can provide you with macronutrient and calorie breakdowns so you can decide what you want to eat, within your given calories.
