Since starting with Sean I’ve fully got my confidence back in the gym and been able to return to consistent training.
When I first started, I was sat at 106KG after going heavy at the euros and then getting into the routine of eating/drinking high calorie foods & drinks with 0 nutritional value.
I’ve been in training 5 weeks now, I’m sat at around 100.5KG, built muscle mass back, hitting PBs nearly every week and mentally in a much better place which has reflected on my life outside training.
I can’t recommend Sean enough, and can honestly say you cannot put a price on health. Dropping small things like takeaways/running to the shop 4/5 times a week to buy frozen/easy cook food has enabled me to comfortably afford my new lifestyle and even with the cost, left me better off in finances & health.
